Our estimates are based on BLS, NAHB, and contractor survey data and are intended as ballpark ranges. Actual costs depend on your specific project details, local market conditions, and contractor pricing.
How often is the data updated?
We update our data when new BLS OEWS releases are published (annually) and adjust material costs quarterly based on PPI data and contractor surveys.
